Dr. Naser is the Creative Head of Universal responsible for planning and managing Universal events from concept to completion
Dr. Naser is a prominent reputable Kuwaiti previously holding the prestigious position of Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs with the Ministry of Health, Kuwait. He is a well known person in Kuwait healthcare sector and he has made significant contributions to the State through his official representations of various governmental institutions.
His previous positions also include a position as CEO with Mashfa Medical Services Company overlooking the overall administrative, management and strategic planning oriented functions for the organization.
He has also served as the Vice-Dean,Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at the Kuwait University.
Currently, Dr. Naser is engaged in developing healthcare infrastructure of the Kuwait. The Medical Tourism Congress is one of his creative initiatives to bring international healthcare providers to Kuwait to explore healthcare opportunities for Kuwait residents. He is also creating B2B healthcare networking events to foster healthcare business relationship in the region.
Dr Nasser is a highly qualified professional who has finished his education from UK and USA, pursuing qualifications in healthcare administration, management and health information. His educational profile includes Ph. D. in Health Administration from University of Wales - UK, MHA Degree in Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina - USA and B. Sc. in Health Information Management from University of Central Florida, Orlando - USA.
